Pistachio Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 12 oz generic white fish
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4c panko
  • 1/4c crushed pistachio
  • 1.5T horseradish mustard
  • 1T olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1t parsley

Instructions

  1. Lightly beat the egg and then use it to coat the fish.
  2. Dip fish in a mixture of all of the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bake at 400F for about 13 minutes, or until done.

Comments:

Pistachio tilapia – an interesting dish that leading experts have characterized as “Well, fine, I suppose.”

Hint: Serve with a superlative side dish to make a more enticing meal!
